Another bonus is that Avocado Toast calories are healthy calories! Avocados provide healthy fats to help fill you up. 

What you’ll need

Ingredients:

  1. Honey
  2. Bread slice
  3. Avocado
  4. Egg

How you’ll do it

Instructions:

  1. Cut avocado in half and remove seed.
  2. Toast bread to your taste, using your method of choice.
  3. Cut avocado into slices.
  4. Fry an egg.
  5. Place avocado slices and drizzle with honey.
  6. Place egg to finish your masterpiece.
  7. Enjoy your healthy and scrumptious snack!
